CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. Your core is the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX™ have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers.


PiYo is a low-impact, high-intensity body transformation program. It uses the most effective Pilates and Yoga inspired moves set to a fast pace to help you burn fat while you sculpt long, lean muscles. You’ll sculpt every inch of your body without weights and without straining your joints. You get your strength, your cardio and your flexibility training all in one program.


This strength based class targets your GLAMOUR muscles: the booty, the arms and the abs. With fun music and high-energy, you can condition, strengthen and tone some of the biggest muscle groups!!

Join our exclusive team training program and come to unlimited sessions per month of HIIT or GRIT. This is our High Intensity Interval Training series that will get you fit fast with seven 45 min HIIT sessions and six 30 minute Grit sessions per week to choose from.
